Careers at Dignity Brain Health

Dignity Brain Health is a psychiatric clinic founded in 2017 and located in Brookline, Massachusetts, near Boston. We provide telehealth psychiatric medication management, online therapy and counseling, and in-person TMS therapy for depression. We serve patients in person at our Brookline office and by telehealth in Massachusetts, Florida, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Texas.

We are a growing outpatient practice looking for clinicians and staff who share our commitment to thoughtful, evidence-informed, patient-centered mental health care.

Why Work at Dignity Brain Health?

At Dignity Brain Health, we do not treat conditions in isolation. We care for patients as people with histories, goals, symptoms, responsibilities, and dignity. That standard shapes how we care for patients and how we operate as a team. To support this vision, we invest deeply in our clinicians and staff by prioritizing work-life balance and offering extremely competitive compensation and benefits.

Our practice is clinically serious, but not impersonal. We value careful listening, clear communication, ethical responsibility, and consistent follow-through. Clinicians who join our team have the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with patients and practice in a focused outpatient setting.

Dignity Brain Health was founded by a Harvard Medical School–trained psychiatrist, and our clinical leadership and team members bring experience from respected medical and psychiatric institutions, including Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital, the VA, and McLean Hospital.

Our Clinical Setting

Dignity Brain Health is an outpatient psychiatric clinic rather than an emergency, inpatient, or crisis setting. Our patients are adults seeking care for concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, PMDD, and related mental health conditions.

Our services include psychiatric medication management, therapy, and TMS therapy for depression. TMS is provided in person at our Brookline office. Medication management and therapy may be provided by telehealth for patients located in states where our clinicians are licensed and able to provide care.
