3. Communications & SMS Program Conduct

Use of our SMS and electronic communication programs is subject to the following:

  • You must have opted in to receive communications and may opt out at any time by replying “STOP”
  • You may not use our communication channels to send unsolicited, abusive, or unlawful content back to us
  • Misuse of the “HELP” or “STOP” keywords to disrupt service for other users is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to suspend communication services to any user who abuses or attempts to circumvent opt-in/opt-out mechanisms

4. Patient Portal & Account Conduct

If the Site provides access to a patient portal or account system, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at privacy@dignitybrainhealth.com
  • Use the portal solely for your own health information and legitimate healthcare purposes
  • Refrain from attempting to access another individual’s health records or account without authorization

5. Consequences of Violation

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to the Site or our services
  • Remove or disable access to any content that violates this Policy
  • Report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities
  • Pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity
